A Louisiana Frenchman, accordionist and singer Andrew Carriere brings a long family tradition into his playing. His father was the legendary Creole fiddler “Bebe” Carriere. Carriere is a highly sought after singer and accordion player in the West Coast Cajun music scene.

Haywood Douresseau

Haywood Douresseau, another Louisiana Frenchman, developed an interest in Zydeco at an early age. Ten years ago, he went from dancer to musician as a rubboard player and manager. Today, he rubs the board for The California Blue Runners as well as with other local bands.

Tom Stewart

Canadian, Tom Stewart, discovered the Cajun/Zydeco community in 2005. He is currently one of the go-to rhythm guitarist in the Bay Area’s Cajun community and loves keeping the rhythm for The California Blue Runners!

Andre Nigoghossian

Andre got his first taste of Cajun & Zydeco music in college. The infectious grooves of la musique de la Sud de La Louisiane made a lasting impression and he’s quickly becoming one of the most sought after musicians in the Bay Area Cajun scene.

David (Killer) Hymowitz

David has been the premier percussionist for the Cajun/Zydeco music scene for the past 30 years. He's played with every notable Cajun band in the Bay Area in that time. Fortunately, he loves CBR as much as we love him!
